Churchworkers.net is the result of a combined vision at UCAN and across our partners, to help churches excel in the task of staff management. We believe churches should set the standard for what it is to be an effective, caring, and professional employer.

But we’re not stopping there…

We’re confident that the initial offering of the scheme will provide significant and vital help and support to churches. However, we also have future plans for how we’d like the scheme to develop. As the membership grows, we plan to utilise the combined investment and buying power of the scheme to offer bespoke employment benefits and HR tools to the membership, providing the option to resource your HR functionality to a level previously only available to larger and better-resourced organisations.

We hope we can introduce additional benefits such as Employee Assitance Programmes, HR dashboard tools and special offers on other employee benefits to incorporate into your remuneration packages.
